We help them understand what the city looks for on their job site visits and what questions they ask during interviews. We will train your sub-subs / 1099’s on what they need to communicate and make sure that you stay in compliance.

CAS will manage your certified payroll. All subs have to do is send us their payroll. We will handle the WH-347 forms, payroll deductions and job verifications needed. We will take care of any problems your GC / Owner have. We will retain the records and turn them over to you at the end of the job. We will handle and assist any labor investigation and can normally help fix it with no additional penalties.
