DRBA & Section 3 Compliance

We specialize in Davis Bacon & Related Acts (DRBA) compliance, which is a U.S. Federal Law that establishes the requirements for paying the local prevailing wages on public works projects for laborers and mechanics. We enforce, collect and/or submit Certified Payroll Requirements and supporting documents to protect minimum prevailing wages stipulated by the Department of Labor. Additionally, we help our clients meet the percentage of participation required by the Section 3 Program, and Subcontractors and workers to obtain the Section 3 Certification to guarantee they can benefit from employment and contracting opportunities. CAS is a Section 3 business concern with certifications in Texas, City of Houston, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Louisiana.
