We enforce, collect and/or submit Certified Payroll Requirements and supporting documents to protect minimum prevailing wages stipulated by the Department of Labor. Additionally, we help our clients meet the percentage of participation required by the Section 3 Program, and Subcontractors and workers to obtain the Section 3 Certification to guarantee they can benefit from employment and contracting opportunities.
